1 to 1 and Small Group Yoga Classes

My name is Jean Campbell. I have been teaching yoga for over 28 years.  I have been training yoga teachers for 19 years, both internationally and within Australia and I specialise in teaching anatomy. 

In 1 to 1 classes, I can help you with injuries or conditions: lower back, neck, shoulders, knees, ankles, sciatica and other nerve pain. Many symptoms can be reduced or eliminated with the right program and consistent effort on your part. You can work on stress reduction and mindfulness. You may be attending group classes already and wish to gain some insight into how to improve your practice or recover from an injury. I also offer mentor sessions for yoga teachers.

In small group classes I can create a balanced classes suitable for everyone who is attending and give individual modifications to allow for different ages and capabilities.

 

1 to 1 YOGA CLASSES

Customised private Yoga classes tailored to your body's needs.

A private Yoga class is specifically designed around your requirements and is ideal if you are wanting to fix body imbalances or injuries, work towards specific goals, including achieving specific yoga poses, or simply want a more personalised experience.

Private classes can be done at a time and place that is convenient for you, whether that be your home or workplace.

Private classes would suit you if:

  • you have never done Yoga before and want an introduction

  • you want to address imbalances in your body

  • you are looking to recover from injury (sciatica, lower back pain, hip, knee, ankle and shoulder injuries, etc…)

  • you already practice yoga but want some input from an experienced and skilled teacher

  • you have specific goals for flexibility, strength or meditation

  • you want to work on improving specific postures

  • you want to develop a personal practice at home

  • you often can't find the time to attend scheduled classes

  • group classes can feel overwhelming

  • you prefer personal attention in a tailored, one on one class

LOCATIONS
In person at your home or workplace.
Online using Zoom - from your home or workplace. This can be a very effective way to practice yoga. You don’t need to spend time travelling. All you need is enough space to put down a yoga mat.

COST for 1 to 1 sessions (1 hour): A one off private class is $90. If you book and pay for 3 classes at once, that price comes down to $80 per class.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

Practice Yoga with a group of friends or family (2 - 6 people).

If you can’t find a class time that suits you, consider booking a block of classes with one or more of your friends or family.

These classes would suit you if:

  • you and your friends/family have never done Yoga before and would like an introduction

  • you want to address imbalances in your body

  • you want to become more flexible, stronger and feel calmer

  • you can't find the time to attend scheduled classes

  • you already practice yoga but want some input from an experienced and skilled teacher

  • you prefer personal attention in a small group class

LOCATION
In person at your home or workplace.

Please note: these sessions are not suitable for anyone who has injuries. If someone has an injury they may need a private session (1 to 1) for assessment and guidelines before joining a small group class. Please contact Jean to discuss.

COST for small group classes (1 hour):
2 people:
A one off class is $110 ($55 each). If you book and pay for 3 classes at once ($50 each per session) - $300.
3 people: A one off class is $135 ($45 each). If you book and pay for 3 classes at once ($40 each per session) - $360
4 people: A one off class is $160 ($40 each). If you book and pay for 3 classes at once ($35 each per session) - $420
5 people: A one off class is $175 ($35 each). If you book and pay for 3 classes at once ($30 each per session) - $450
6 people: A one off class is $180 ($30 each). If you book and pay for 3 classes at once ($25 each per session) - $450


 

SCHEDULING
Sessions are usually scheduled at a regular day and time each week, or fortnight. When my schedule allows, I also see clients on a one-off casual basis.
