Yoga for Teens

Thursdays at 4:15pm - 5:15pm | Term 3: August 15 - September 26

These classes include postures that are challenging, strengthening and fun as well as postures to increase flexibility and release tension.

Practising Yoga can be a great way to:

  • increase your flexibility

  • strengthen weak muscles

  • improve your agility

  • work on postural imbalances

  • balance out other sports

  • help prevent injury

  • give your mind a break from study

  • feel calmer

All equipment is provided. Just wear comfortable clothing.

Age group: high school age (years 7-12)
Places available: 8 maximum

1/ 92-94 Railway Parade, Kogarah (enter from Belgrave St.) Located only a 2 minute walk from the train station. (Google maps)
Cost for Term 3: $119 (7 classes at $17 each)
This is a shorter term as Jean is teaching overseas for 2 weeks.
