ONLINE YOGA CLASSES

These classes are an opportunity for you to practice at home with guidance from an experienced teacher.

Join me in online classes and practice a sequence that has been designed for you during a private online yoga session and is based on your goals, capabilities and any current restrictions or injuries you may have. Practice in the online class once a week from the comfort of your own home and then twice more during the week in your own time.

Halfway through the course there is a follow up private yoga session to make changes to your sequence as you progress.

Over time we can add more sequences so you have a varied home practice.

 
 
 

ONLINE SELF-PRACTICE CLASSES

Choose from 3 options:

Mondays at 6:30pm AEST on Zoom - 4 places available
Wednesdays at 10:00am AEST on Zoom - currently full (please contact to go on the waitlist)
Wednesdays at 6:30pm AEST on Zoom - 4 places available

There are a maximum of 10 people in each class. These are self-practice classes - meaning I will not be leading the class. You will be practising your own personal sequence with my guidance. Classes are 90 minutes long.

To join the course you need to be comfortable with independent practice (or willing to learn) and be committed to practising the same sequence at least another 2 times a week (either in a class or at home).

 
 
 

1 TO 1 SESSIONS

If you are new to the classes:
In the week before your course starts you will have a 15-30 minute session with me on Zoom to plan how you will practice (postures, sequencing, goals). If you have an Ashtanga sequence you are working on we can discuss how to keep improving. We will then schedule another 30 minute session during the course.

If you are continuing on from a previous block of classes:
We can continue as before discussing new goals and progress in your online private sessions.

I will be available online 10 minutes before each class starts if you have any questions or wish to discuss your practice. You can also contact me by email.

6 week option:
The cost for a 6 week block is $130 AUD (1 upfront payment). This includes 6 online classes (over 6 weeks) and 1 online private session (if you are new there will be an extra 15-30 minute session before you commence classes). The cost works out to be $21.67 AUD per week.

12 week option:
The cost for a 12 week block is $260 AUD (1 upfront payment). This includes 12 online classes (over 12 weeks) and 2 online private sessions (if you are new there will be an extra 15-30 minute session before you commence classes). The cost works out to be $21.67 AUD per week.
